1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using CostDock ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. CostDock reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and we will notify you of material changes via email.
2. Account Registration and Security
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
Account approval is at CostDock's sole discretion. We may reject applications or suspend accounts without prior notice if we suspect fraudulent activity or Terms violations.
3. Payment Terms
CostDock operates on a credit-based billing system. You purchase credits in advance via Stripe, which are then used to pay for shipping labels. Credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except in the following cases:
- Label voided within carrier-specific time windows (USPS: 30 days, UPS/FedEx: 90 days)
- Label cancelled before shipment due to EasyPost or carrier errors
Refunds for voided labels are issued as account credits, not cash refunds. All prices include our service margin as disclosed on the pricing page. Carrier base rates are subject to change without notice.
4. Service Description

CostDock's total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to CostDock in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Carriers may experience delays, losses, or other issues outside our control. For carrier-related issues, you must follow the carrier's claims process.
